The 3rd floor is part of a self-contained property which was built in the early 1900s with later editions to the front elevations, most notably the recent replacement of the front door entrance. It is of a flat fronted brick construction arranged over ground, first, second and third floors with the majority of the windows being of painted steel or timber sash. The entire office comprises of 1 Reception area and 13 offices of varying sizes. The reception area has been finished to a reasonably high standard and includes a small coffee meeting area just to the side of the reception desk. Location

The property is located in a quiet street towards the Eastern end of Old Queen Street, SW1 and close to the junction of Storeys Gate. The property is within a short walking distance of both St. James's Park and Westminster underground stations. It is a 15 minute walk over Westminster Bridge to Waterloo Station and a 10 minute walk along Victoria Street to Victoria Station. The area is largely a commercial one with the majority of properties being used by office occupiers, but with some residential.

Additional Services

The reception area is to be considered as part of the rental terms. Your clients can benefit from tea, coffee, biscuits etc. whilst waiting for their appointment. Meanwhile, we shall telephone you to let you know that your appointment has arrived and either wait for your arrival or direct them to your office. Finally, should you wish to attend any of our scheduled training courses during your rental period, we can offer you a 50% discount per course.
